Under a variety of our confidential MEST/TOST protocols that are simply and quickly performed by the less than minimal manipulation procedures, the finally Adinized fat by different sizes of Adinizers, when centrifuged at a certain g force (RCF) and for certain minutes, are separated into mostly 4 layers as like,

• stromal cells (SVFs) layer at the bottom,
• whitish ECM & stromal cell aggregate layer just above the bottom,
• purified adipose tissue layer just below the top
• free oils (triglyceride) layer on top

Regenerative Properties and the science of Adinized Fat

After centrifugation of Adinized fat, 4 layers like 1) SVFs at the bottom, 2) fine gel-like ECM tissue and cell aggregates, 3) purified adipose tissues and 4) free oils on top.)

Except for the top layer of free oil, all the rest layers can be used for anti-aging, tissue repair and other regenerative tissue and cell surgeries homologously and autologously.
